1. Enter the site to inspect the components of the vehicle's automatic fire extinguishing device: The installer will inventory the required automatic fire extinguishing devices according to the configuration list. Whether accessories, pipes, and wiring are complete and not damaged or lost during transportation.
2. System installation:
A. Place the chemical bottle set, control device, alarm, and manual starting device of the water-based engine compartment automatic fire extinguishing device of the shipping truck at the location marked on the fire extinguishing plan for future installation and fixation.
B. Install a special water-based nozzle above the protective space and fix it on the special base with a fastening nut. The spray direction should be adjusted before fixation to ensure the best spray effect.
C. The water-based special metal hard pipe is installed on the fire extinguishing agent outlet thread of the container valve and tightened with a wrench. The other side is connected to the end thread of the water-based special nozzle according to the flammable space protection requirements and tightened with a wrench.
3. System debugging: simulated start test: insert the safety pin under the control valve body, press the manual start button or simulate a vehicle fire, heat the detector, pay attention to the changes in the control valve body, if you hear the sound of dada, it indicates the fire protection device. The delivery system and spray system are intact and ready for normal use.
4. System acceptance: The acceptance of equipment and fire-extinguishing agent delivery pipelines and the functional acceptance of vehicle automatic fire-extinguishing devices should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the fire-extinguishing plan.
